Yoga taster

This morning we started our day with a Yoga taster session. We learnt that this is great for relaxing our body and mind as well as coping with stress or worry. We were taught different strategies, such as breathing techniques and visualisation, to help us in certain situations. Classes are run every week and extra sessions will be put on in the weeks leading up to SATs for those who feel it would be of benefit.
